Location: Mumbai, Vile Parle Industry: Manufacturing Acoustic Products Reporting To: Managing Director / Board of Directors Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and resourceful ERP Administrator to oversee the daily operations and user support for our in-house production ERP system, delivered by a leading tech agency. This role is key to ensuring smooth workflows, prompt resolution of user issues, and ongoing collaboration with our external ERP partner. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for any ERP-related queries or issues within the company. Monitor system health, user activity, and data integrity on a daily basis. Troubleshoot user problems, provide immediate solutions where possible, or escalate to our external ERP agency when required. Liaise between end-users and the tech agency for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and updates. Maintain ERP documentation, user manuals, and FAQs to support internal users. Train staff and create guides for common tasks or new features. Support data migration, custom reporting, and help ensure the security and reliability of system data. Assess the impact of change requests and work with stakeholders for smooth implementations. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or relevant work experience). Strong familiarity with ERP systems. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa. Basic understanding of SQL, data extraction, and documenting processes. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Strong communication: able to support and guide users at all levels. Experience collaborating with third-party technical vendors is a plus. Nice-to-Have : Experience with production/manufacturing ERPs. Familiarity with system integrations (finance, inventory, supply chain). Certifications in databases, ERP modules, or ITIL desirable. Microsoft Dynamics 365FO Implementation : Lead the implementation, configuration , and deployment of Dynamics D365FO across different business functions. Capture business requirements and create functional specifications based on architectural design and business process analysis. Analyze and configure business processes to optimize workflows and achieve business goals. Solution Design and Development : Provide technical leadership in the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365FO solutions. Contribute to system standards and maintain consistent installation and configuration procedures. Participate in all integration activities and address the complexities of integrating external/internal systems with D365FO. Team Management : Lead a team of consultants to understand business needs and develop the to-be business process maps from current processes. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and priorities, ensuring the team is aligned with client goals. Guide and mentor junior consultants, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional development. System Integration and Customization : Handle integration and interface requirements between Microsoft Dynamics 365FO and other third-party systems. Ensure data integrity and seamless communication across various platforms via different integration patterns. Perform hands-on development tasks including customizations and configuration of the system. Power Platform Integration : Leverage Power Automate , PowerApps , and Power BI to create automated workflows, custom applications, and insightful business analytics. Ensure seamless integration of Power Platform tools with Dynamics 365FO to enhance business processes and reporting capabilities. Documentation and Best Practices : Create and maintain documentation related to requirements, configurations, integration patterns, and business process maps. Contribute to the development and maintenance of best practices, ensuring consistency and efficiency across projects. Continuous Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve the current Dynamics 365FO systems and integrations based on evolving business needs. Contribute to system upgrades , patch management , and regular audits to ensure the system is always running at its optimal performance.
