As a Software Developer with 1-6 years of experience, you will be based in Mundhwa, Pune and will be working in a hybrid mode. You should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Science, Software Engineering, or have comparable professional development and commercial experience. Please note that candidates with Embedded/Automotive/CAD/CATIA/Security domain background experience will not be considered for this role. Your primary responsibility will be to utilize your strong experience with C/C++ and be willing to work with the client's internal proprietary language. You should have at least 1+ years of commercial software development experience and possess a working knowledge of Agile methodology. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Enterprise Database, AWS, GIT, WebServices, CRM, and utilities industry technologies and concepts. Key responsibilities will include analyzing customer requests, producing solution artifacts and estimations, peer reviewing solution artifacts, developing, maintaining, deploying, and supporting solutions throughout implementation life cycles. You will be expected to produce documentation for knowledge transfer, actively participate in planning, stand-ups, estimations, retrospectives, and backlog grooming, and build strong business relationships with customers. Furthermore, you will ensure that standards and procedures are followed, oversee the team's quality delivery of tasks, identify and address relevant risks, provide resolution recommendations, perform basic network and database tasks, communicate effectively with customers through all channels, offer advice on the best use of products, industry best practices, and collaborate as part of an integrated business team to achieve optimal solutions.
