Role Overview

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge AI agents and elevate our SaaS product offerings to new heights.The Engineering Manager will lead the design and development of SaaS products, focusing on AI-driven solutions. You will oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with our strategic goals.As a key leader, you will enhance our vision of delivering specialized AI agents that provide actionable recommendations, driving tangible results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and manage a team of engineers across multiple disciplines.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical execution with business objectives.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the engineering team to foster growth and innovation.
  

Product Development

• Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of SaaS products, from ideation to deployment.
• Drive the design and implementation of AI-powered recommendation systems and agents.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables, leveraging best practices in software engineering and AI integration.
  

Technical Strategy

• Develop and execute engineering strategies to enhance product scalability, security, and performance.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI and SaaS technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Ensure Spendkey's SaaS products meet enterprise-grade standards and requirements.
  

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
• Represent the engineering team in discussions with leadership and external stakeholders.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading product design and development for enterprise SaaS companies.
• Strong background in developing AI-powered solutions, with a focus on recommendation systems.
• Expertise in procurement technology SaaS products is a significant advantage.
• Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and cloud-based architectures.
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
