Job Description

Position: Engineer/ Sr. Engineer- Lab Testing

Experience: 4-6 Yrs

Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech

Location: Gurgaon, Sec 18

Perform and executing all tests according to test standard, procedures, process mapping and prepare test plan/ reports on test results to meet the customer time line.
conducts all the development/ COP testing for internal & External customer for different category of products such as Seats, NVH, Extrusion.
Data monitoring & root cause analysis for related products.
Regulatory compliance understanding and their requirements at component and vehicle level wrt Indian & Exports regulations.
improvement activities in test laboratory through Kaizens, 1S, 2S to increase the work efficiency and quality.
timely reporting of development as well as existing components running status and failure of testing observed to the internal department.
Calibration & Validation of equipment's and preventive maintenance of Lab machinery.
Proficiency in handling the Faro arm, using probes and scanners, and interpreting the data collected.
