1)Enter raw material chemical and mechanical test certificates (TCs) into the ERP system.
2)Prepare documentation as per the approved ITPs of ISGEC and Siemens.
3)Record IBR raw material consumption.
& Note down heat numbers of PRDS/DSH raw materials.
4)Keep hard copies of QC dossiers in the outbox.
5)Maintain a record of bought-out items test certificates (TCs) in an Excel sheet & File.
6)Take photographs of valve paint DFT readings, nameplates, and flow direction markings (for ISGEC, Siemens, Triveni, and TBWES).
7)Maintain records of radiography (RT) films and reports.
8)Witness IBR stamping activities.
9)Assist IBR and TPI handling QC engineers in documentation and shop floor activities.
Preferred candidate from Valves industry who is working on IBR & Documentation.
