Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare internal and external documents for the MD.
Acts as the project manager for special projects as directed by the MD.
Work on reports as per managing director’s mandate.
Provides a bridge for smooth communication between MD and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support staffs.
Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all staff meetings, facilitates cross-divisional coordination and plans.
Ensuring complete administrative support in terms of management Calendar, travel bookings, budgets, and expenses etc.
Organizes and coordinate for office events, activities, and communications; assure efficient workflow and office operations.  Familiarity with the MS Office suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
