The ideal candidate for this position should hold a BE/B. Tech or ME/M. Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Additionally, a minimum of 2-3 years of industrial experience in the role of a Project Engineer in Advanced Manufacturing is required. The candidate should possess the following skillset: - Proficiency in CAE and CFD software such as Simcenter 3D software, STAR CCM, HEEDS, Amesim, and Testlab Ansys. - In-depth understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals including Strength of Materials, failure theories, and mechanical vibrations. - Experience in structural simulation of electrical components and electromagnetic analysis. - Proficiency in Finite Element Analysis and Applied Mechanics testing. - Good knowledge of Vibration and vibration data acquisition. - Desirable to have experience in vibration testing and acoustic testing using Siemens Testlab. - Experience in accelerated vibration testing will be considered an added advantage. - Proficiency in Ansys Mechanical, Fluent, CFX, NX CAE for Structural, thermal, and Dynamics Simulations. In this role, the candidate will be deployed at a client location, an educational institute, where they will be responsible for the following tasks: - Conducting training sessions for students and industry professionals. - Participating in industry consultancy work. - Developing tailored customized courses for students and industry professionals in the Mechanical domain. - Attending skill development programs organized by the organization periodically.,
