We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Senior Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in creating and maintaining intricate web applications. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will possess in-depth knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies, along with a strong grasp of architectural principles, system design, and collaborative teamwork. Your pivotal role will involve spearheading development projects, guiding junior developers, and contributing to the technical evolution of our products. Your responsibilities will include designing and constructing scalable, high-performance full stack applications, leading discussions on architecture and design, and participating in crucial system-level decisions. You will be tasked with developing and enhancing front-end functionalities using contemporary frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue, as well as constructing sturdy back-end systems and APIs utilizing technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or similar platforms. Collaboration with diverse teams such as Product, UX/UI, QA, and DevOps will be essential, along with conducting code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, and managing integrations with external services and APIs. Additionally, you will be involved in designing and managing database schemas and queries, driving DevOps practices like CI/CD, cloud deployments, and containerization, as well as mentoring junior developers to promote a culture of technical excellence. The ideal candidate should possess: - Over 7 years of experience in full stack web development. - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular). - Expertise in server-side technologies like Node.js, Express, Django, Spring Boot, or Ruby on Rails. - Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming. - Strong background in both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases. - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Proficient in Git and version control workflows. - Experience in deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). - Sound knowledge of system design, architecture patterns, and performance optimization. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities. Desired qualifications include experience with microservices architecture, automated testing, familiarity with security standards (e.g., OAuth2, OWASP), previous leadership roles in development teams, Agile/Scrum development experience, among others.
