As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily logistics operations, including dispatch scheduling, material packing, delivery, and organizing third-party transportation or personal vehicle arrangements. Your role will involve utilizing strong organizational skills, hands-on involvement, and flexibility to facilitate the end-to-end movement of goods efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include planning and assigning delivery personnel or drivers based on daily orders and routes, communicating assignments and updates to staff using various platforms, monitoring ongoing deliveries, maintaining detailed dispatch logs, packing and preparing materials for delivery ensuring quality and safety, labeling parcels correctly, assisting with loading/unloading of goods, and maintaining a clean and organized packing area. Additionally, you may be required to personally deliver materials when necessary, ensuring safe and accurate deliveries while collecting delivery proofs and adhering to traffic, safety, and company policies during transport. You will also be responsible for arranging transportation for deliveries through third-party services such as Rapido, local couriers, auto-rickshaws, or freight services, selecting the most efficient and cost-effective mode of transport based on order size, urgency, and destination. Tracking and following up on third-party deliveries to ensure successful completion and building and maintaining good relationships with external transport providers for reliable services will also be part of your duties. To qualify for this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in dispatch or delivery roles, proficiency in computer usage, MS Office applications, and dispatch/inventory software. A valid driver's license and the ability to operate two-wheelers/four-wheelers, familiarity with third-party delivery apps and local transport services, along with strong communication, time management, and decision-making skills are essential for success in this position. This role ensures that SAP-Center of Expertise meet internal quality standards, industry best practices, and business requirements. Define and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy and plan specific to the service management, specification and development of new functionality, project management, and operations. Develop and enforce quality standards, testing protocols, and documentation procedures across SAP modules. Conduct quality gate reviews on SAP-CoE projects. Provide any special input reviewing the testing procedures and development and execution of testing strategies including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
