Document Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee document control processes, including version control, approvals, and archival.
• Ensure compliance with document management standards and policies.
• Maintain and update MIS databases, generate reports, and analyze key performance indicators.
• Coordinate with departments to streamline document workflows and data reporting.
• Ensure secure storage and accessibility of critical documents.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance by providing necessary documentation.
• Assist in improving documentation and MIS processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Key Skills:

• Minimum experience required 5-7 Years from the Industry
• Proficiency in document management systems and latest tools.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.
