Role Description

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to help plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel campaigns across performance marketing, social, SEO, and influencer funnels. This role demands strong analytical instincts, attention to funnel metrics, and comfort with creative feedback loops. You will be supporting the Head of Marketing in all Digital Marketing functions. This role will test and prepare you for a career in Digital Marketing like no other experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Track daily/weekly performance of paid and organic marketing campaigns
• Monitor CPL, CTR, CVR across ad platforms and update dashboards
• Identify drop-offs and recommend fixes across landing pages or targeting
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to A/B test messaging and formats
• Support influencer campaign tracking and attribution
• Run experiments using tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Hotjar

Requirements

• 13 years in digital marketing / growth roles in a SaaS company (must)
• Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel for campaign reporting
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and UTM tracking
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Willing and able to learn new tools as required
• Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments
