Job Title: Digital Marketer – Paid Online Campaigns

Location: Onsite, Bangalore (No Remote/WFH)

Experience: 1–3 years

About the Role

Skysecure is hiring a hands-on, performance-driven Digital Marketer with strong expertise in paid online campaigns to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and demand creation. You will manage end-to-end paid campaigns, optimize performance, and build a predictable, scalable acquisition engine for our AI-powered MSP offerings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Campaign Execution & Optimization

- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across:

  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads (optional but good to have)

- Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPL, CAC, and ROAS.

- Conduct A/B tests using LinkedIn & Google Experiments.

2. Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

- Track and analyze performance using:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Looker Studio dashboards
  • LinkedIn Insights Tag

- Set up UTMs, conversion tracking, event triggers, and attribution.

- Provide weekly/monthly performance insights to leadership.

3. Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization

- Build and optimize landing pages using:

  • Unbounce
  • Webflow / WordPress
  • HubSpot landing page builder

- Use Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and user behavior analysis.

- Continuously improve conversion flows, CTAs, and page performance.

4. Creative Collaboration & Ad Assets

- Coordinate with design/video teams working on Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite.

- Write compelling ad copies, headlines, CTAs, and creative briefs.

- Test static ads, carousels, videos, and explainers.

5. CRM, Lead Flow & Automation

- Manage lead nurturing & routing using HubSpot CRM (preferred) or Zoho CRM.

- Set up lead scoring, email sequences, marketing workflows.

- Ensure seamless flow from ads → landing page → CRM → sales.

6. Research & Insights

- Conduct keyword research via Google Keyword Planner / SEMrush.

- Track competitor ads using LinkedIn Ad Library / SimilarWeb.

- Identify new channels, opportunities, and growth experiments.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills & Tools

- 1–3 years of experience managing Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads.

- Experience with:

  • GA4, GTM, Looker Studio
  • Unbounce / Webflow / WordPress
  • Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity
  • HubSpot / Zoho CRM

- Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs (CPL, CTR, CAC, ROAS).

- Ability to create high-performing ad copy and creative briefs.

Good-to-Have

- Experience in B2B / SaaS / cybersecurity / AI industries.

- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page edits.

- Familiarity with marketing automation workflows (HubSpot).

- Exposure to multi-touch or revenue attribution models.
