Job Description

Job Summary:

DevOps Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of
DevOps engineers
to implement DevOps practices across development and operations teams.
Design, implement, and maintain
CI/CD pipelines
for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
Manage and optimize
cloud infrastructure
(AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
Implement
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Collaborate with software development, QA, and security teams to ensure smooth application delivery.
Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability using monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
Establish and enforce
best practices for release management, version control, and configuration management
.

Preferred Skills:

Certifications in
AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, or DevOps (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate, CKA)
.
Experience with
microservices architecture, serverless deployments, and cloud-native applications
.
Exposure to
database management, caching, and distributed systems
.
Experience in
performance tuning, scalability, and high-availability systems
.
