DevOps Engineer

Job description:

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Team Lead to spearhead our DevOps initiatives. This role involves leading a team of DevOps engineers, optimizing our CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring the seamless deployment of our CRM and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices and a passion for driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to support rapid development and deployment cycles.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to streamline deployment processes and reduce time-to-market.
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible to automate provisioning and configuration.
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to ensure system reliability and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices across all DevOps processes.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continually enhance our DevOps capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps,....???
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience with infrastructure such as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their services.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems, particularly in deployment and integration.
• Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
