Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with 2 years of hands-on experience to support infrastructure automation, deployment pipelines, and system reliability. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Linux, VirtualBox, firewall configurations, and core DevOps tools. This role involves working closely with development and operations teams to ensure smooth CI/CD processes and scalable system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Linux-based servers and environments.
Set up and maintain virtual environments using VirtualBox or similar virtualization tools.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using popular DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
Configure and monitor firewalls, security groups, and network access controls.
Automate deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure tasks using scripting/tools.
Collaborate with development teams to support application builds, deployments, and releases.
Work with containers and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes preferred).
Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using appropriate monitoring tools.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and network issues.
Ensure adherence to security and compliance best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
2 years of experience as a DevOps/Systems Engineer.
Strong proficiency in Linux administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat, etc.).
Hands-on experience with VirtualBox and virtual machine management.
Good understanding of firewall rules, network security concepts, and troubleshooting.
Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
Knowledge of CI/CD processes and automation.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
Scripting experience (Bash, Python, or similar) preferred.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
