DevOps Engineer

We are looking for team of experienced IT & Cloud support Engineers to form a Support team in our Remote Cloud Support Group (RCSG) to work. To be successful as a Cloud Engineer, you should be able to work on multiple cloud technologies including AWS, Azure and GITHUB

Responsibilities

· Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization

· Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes

· Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues

· Will be working on modifying and improving existing systems.

· Work in teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives.

· Designing, developing and deploying modular cloud-based systems.

· Developing and maintaining cloud solutions in accordance with best practices.

· Ensuring efficient functioning of data storage and processing functions in accordance with customer security policies and best practices in cloud security.

· Identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.

· Regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements.

· Interacting with clients, providing cloud support, and making recommendations based on client needs.

· Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance

Qualifications

· Degree in computer science or a similar field.

· System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus

· At least 0-1 years of experience in the field of database, network administration, or system administration experience,

· Add on experience in cloud infrastructure support specially in Cloud/AWS Server/Web hosting/ SSL integrating/ Apache server/ GIThub.

· Experience with VMware, Networking, Storage & Backup technologies.

· Azure, AWS, and GCP certifications preferred.

· Troubleshooting and analytical skills.

· Good communication and collaboration skills.

· Client management skills.
