Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to back-end web development, software development, programming, and object-oriented programming. The role is based in Nanakramguda, Telangana 500032, with a hybrid work mode of 2 days in the office. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing solutions for ServiceNow, moving configuration and development changes from Dev to Test to Prod using SN update sets, and creating small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows. You will also be tasked with creating and configuring workflows based on business requirements and best practices, performing integrations between ServiceNow and other customer business systems, and managing all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc. In addition, you should have experience in the development and delivery of training for end-users and deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new versions of the platform. While the role is primarily based in Nanakramguda, some work from home is acceptable.
