Desktop Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with experience in hardware, network, and CCTV handling. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems and devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and software applications.
• Handle system upgrades, antivirus updates, and system maintenance.
• Set up and maintain CCTV systems and DVR/NVR configurations.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues including motherboard, RAM, HDD, and related components.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, IP configuration, etc.).
• Configure and maintain printers, scanners, and network devices.
• Maintain IT assets, documentation, and provide timely user support.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, and service calls.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and laptop OS installation.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV setup and maintenance.
• Good understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP).
• Proficiency in handling printer installation and troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
