Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first- and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and standard business applications.
Set up new user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
Maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN).
Ensure endpoint security through antivirus updates, patches, and compliance checks.
Manage IT assets — hardware inventory, licensing, and warranty tracking.
Assist in setting up and maintaining video conferencing and telecommunication systems.
Support users remotely and onsite as required.
Document issues, resolutions, and user requests in the IT ticketing system.
Collaborate with system administrators and network engineers to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in IT support or desktop engineering roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and common business software.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
Experience with remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar certification.
Experience with ITIL ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, ManageEngine).
Knowledge of endpoint management tools (SCCM, Intune, Jamf).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
