Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualization & Design:
Identify needs, research new materials and technologies, and develop innovative design solutions.
Prototyping:
Create and test prototypes using Computer-Aided Design (cad) and other engineering software to refine designs.
Testing & Analysis:
Conduct rigorous usability and performance tests on prototypes, analyzing data to improve product effectiveness and identify problems.
Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot design challenges, conduct root-cause failure analyses, and find solutions that meet reliability, cost, and timing targets.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of designs, produce reports on progress and test results, and create product manuals.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and managers to ensure designs meet technical, user, and market requirements.

Proficiency in engineering principles, cad software, and relevant design tools.
