We are seeking an experienced individual to lead our PHP development team with a minimum of 4 years of experience in working with PHP/MySQL web applications and prior experience in team leadership. As a team leader, you will be responsible for assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion, facilitating communication between the team and other departments, managing timesheets, resources, and schedules effectively, ensuring quality standards are met, providing training and guidance to the team, and overseeing testing processes. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience leading a team of developers, be proficient in developing interactive web applications, possess expertise in developing custom PHP applications with complex modules and integrations, have the ability to document functional requirements and design databases, and demonstrate strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, AJAX, CSS, HTML, JavaScript (including JSON), jQuery, Linux, Web Services, Apache, MVC, and Laravel, CodeIgniter frameworks. Minimum qualifications for this position include a BCA / B.E./ B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech or equivalent degree.
