TITLE: DELIVERY MANAGER

LOCATION: YELAHANKA, BANGALORE

About the Role:

We are looking for an accomplished Delivery Manager to spearhead our UK and European staffing operations. This is a pivotal leadership role requiring a blend of strategic foresight, operational excellence, and business growth expertise. The successful candidate will lead large-scale teams, oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery for international markets, and drive business expansion through client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

  • Build, lead, and inspire high-performing recruitment teams catering to UK & EU markets.
  • Drive team performance by setting clear goals, monitoring delivery, and ensuring continuous development.
  • Establish best practices, scalable processes, and innovative recruitment models.
  • Promote a client-centric, performance-driven culture.

2.

  • Define and execute market-specific recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Expand our UK & EU footprint by identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve financial and operational objectives.
  • Manage P&L, budgeting, and forecasting for international recruitment operations.

  • Strengthen partnerships with existing clients to ensure sustained growth.
  • Acquire new clients across the UK & EU, diversifying our service portfolio.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, offering workforce solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Lead contract negotiations and service agreements to maximize long-term business value.

4.

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment of client requirements across multiple sectors.
  • Implement efficient recruitment processes and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws, GDPR, and staffing regulations in the UK & EU.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, talent availability, and competitor activity.

5.

  • Collaborate with internal leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Manage and strengthen vendor partnerships to expand sourcing capabilities.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience with strong exposure to UK & EU staffing.
  • Proven success in leading large teams and managing high-volume hiring projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in client acquisition, relationship management, and business expansion.
  • In-depth knowledge of global recruitment delivery models, workforce planning, and staffing strategies.
  • Track record of setting up new teams/functions and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Resilient and target-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT, Engineering, BFSI, or niche recruitment domains for UK & EU markets.
  • Exposure to global staffing operations (UK & EU).
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and AI-driven sourcing solutions.
