Locations:- Pune, Bangalore , Mumbai , Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi Job Description: DB2 Database administrator with min 5 years of experience. Capable of administering database objects like databases, tablespaces, tables, Indexes, Stored procedures and triggers. Must possess good experience in creating and maintaining housekeeping suite of utilities (Full and Incremental Image copies, Reorgs, RUNSTATS ). Must have a good working knowledge of SQL and be capable of querying the various catalog tables for problem determination. Be able to determine and resolve various database related problems. Knowledge of various DB2 commands and tools like DB2 Admin tool and DB2 Automation tools is mandatory.

Requirements: Must have worked in L1/L2 Production Support Team and on Senior/Lead role with 2+ Years of experience. Strong SQL skills like writing SQL queries & doing Data Analysis. Preferably experience in DB2 & Postgres Databases Must have worked in Banking/Finance domain & Good knowledge of financial terminology & transactions. For Production issues and incidents - record activities, analyze, find root cause & coordinate with other IT and business team. Required to response service requests within agreed time limits. Good interpersonal and communication skills Maintain knowledge base/troubleshooting documentation, SOPs.
