YOUR ROLE: The Business Analyst acts as a key bridge between the Business and Information Systems by translating Business needs into detailed requirements and technology-enabled use cases. They develop a deep understanding of the opportunities, risks, and issues facing the Business, and advise on how technology solutions can be used to achieve / resolve them. Main responsibilities : Support implementation and deployment of ERP template solutions ensuring it fulfils business requirements Collaborating with the Roll Out Delivery Team, Solution Architect and Business Stakeholders documenting current as-is and future to-be processes as part of Fit-Gap Analysis and Change Impact definitions Acts as a subject matter expert in the relevant functional domain, with a clear understanding of Business needs and challenges Assisting with Gap Resolution and Template design, Integration and User Acceptance Testing, through to ERP cutover, go-live and post-go live hyper care. Defining data selection, conversion and cleansing in collaboration with business stakeholders Performing functional testing on delivered solutions, ensuring it fulfils detailed business requirements. Facilitate knowledge transfer and training, developing and adapting training materials, user guides and process documentation to enable process adoption and maintenance Be functionally responsible and expert for specific domain knowledge with understanding interactions with other functions. Facilitate and share in cross functional training upskilling the team. Collaborate with external technology partners to support system integration, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with internal architecture TO SUCCEED, YOU WILL NEED: Strong business knowledge/operational experience in Supply chain / Logistics domain Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for developing technology-enabled use cases and analysing Business needs. Proven experience in eliciting and managing detailed business requirements. Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional IS team. Good communication skills with an ability to build rapport with a wide range of different Business and IS stakeholders. Experience in analysing business challenges using structured frameworks and methodologies, including Business Requirements Analysis and Change Impact identification. As the Database & MIS Manager at Empor, you will be responsible for enhancing the scalability and performance of the existing database architecture. Your role will involve developing database structures and features based on organizational needs, ensuring data security and restoration policies are in place, and conducting diagnostic tests to evaluate performance metrics. It will be your responsibility to develop procedures to maintain data integrity and quality while preparing and presenting system performance reports to senior managers. You will also be involved in performing database maintenance, migration, and upgrading hardware and software as necessary. Documenting processes and adhering to best practices in database management will be crucial aspects of your role. Staying updated with developments and trends in database management is essential, along with establishing close working relationships with both internal and external vendors to maximize data sourcing opportunities. Collaborating closely with internal departments to track list performance and making decisions on the structure of a CRM platform to ensure seamless operation across the organization will be part of your responsibilities. Segmenting customer databases, identifying new leads, and developing strategies to optimize ROI will also fall under your purview. You will be tasked with maintaining high levels of cooperation between various departments and conducting data selection, analysis, and management efficiently. Additionally, you will manage the maintenance, upkeep, and quality standards of the Master Database, enriching data with industry tagging as required. Your role will involve working on Research & Validation, Data Mining & Modeling, Data Cleansing, and Direct Mailing activities in the Data Centre. In the Response Centre, you will handle Inbound and Outbound activities, Response Management, and Prospect Generation. The E-marketing Centre will require your expertise in E-Mail management & Marketing, Mass E-Mailing, and Online Response activities. Your overall responsibility will be Master Database Management, including creating database objects, adapting to changes in the work environment, and managing competing demands effectively. You will be directly involved in Campaign Management, Data Analytics, Voice & Email, Contact Centre operations, Digital & Direct Marketing, as well as providing online and offline support for Response & Lead generation programs.
