Data Scientist

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to help our organization make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with business, engineering, and product teams to develop predictive models, identify trends, and optimize strategies using advanced data analytics techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources.
• Apply statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to build predictive and classification models.
• Develop dashboards, data visualizations, and reports to present insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and patterns.
• Validate model accuracy and performance, and continuously improve models.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or matplotlib).
• Deep understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning techniques.
• Familiarity with data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Knowledge of big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
• Prior experience working with large-scale business data.
