We have an excellent opportunity for an Data Scientist.

Shifts : General

Job Location : Ambattur Estate, Chennai

Eligibility Criteria :

• Bachelors / masters degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics,

Engineering, or a related quantitative field

• 5 to 10 years of experience, with a proven track record of solving complex business problems

using data.

• Certifications in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI platforms ( preferred)

Competency Requirement (Technical & Behavioral):

• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and model building.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms (regression, classification,

clustering, etc.)

• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to present complex data in a

clear and concise manner

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Capacity to handle change, stay open to different ideas, support positive changes.
• Very high in Integrity and should be attentive to detail.
• Should be self- motivated and agile
• Should be able to influence and inspire Teams at all levels of the organization

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business, product, BEX & SQ teams to understand

requirements

• Gather structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Clean and transform data to ensure quality and consistency
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies.
• Use visualization tools to communicate data patterns and insights
• Design, build, and validate predictive models wherever required
• Select appropriate techniques based on problem type for ex regression
• Translate complex data findings into actionable business insights
• Develop reports, and visualizations to communicate results effectively to non-

technical stakeholders

• Design and run experiments to test hypotheses and measure the impact of

business decisions. Analyze test results and suggest next steps or optimizations.

• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in data science and

machine learning.
