Role & responsibilities

MUST HAVE skills

Strong background in
optimization and algorithm design
(mixed integer programming, heuristic methods, simulation modeling).
Strong expertise in
Python
and software engineering principles version control, testing, modular coding, and CI/CD workflows.
Familiarity with
optimization solvers and modeling frameworks
such as Gurobi, CPLEX, Pyomo, or OR-Tools.
A Masters degree or equivalent experience in
Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in
data engineering concepts
, including SQL, ETL, data modeling, and data quality management.
Experience working in
cross-functional product teams
alongside software engineers and UX designers.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to
bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders

scalability, maintainability, and engineering rigor
