Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Customer Data Quality Management

  • Analyze and assess customer data quality issues.
  • Implement data cleansing, standardization, and deduplication techniques.
  • Define and enforce data quality rules, policies, validation checks, and thresholds.
  • Collaborate with business, product, IT, and customer support teams to rectify inconsistencies.
  • Monitor and improve data quality metrics such as accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Standardize customer data across systems to generate a single golden record.
  • Create dashboards for Six Sigma initiatives and continuous data quality monitoring.

Formulate Data Remediation Strategies

  • Develop and execute remediation frameworks to address data anomalies.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify sources of poor data quality.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to drive data improvement initiatives.
  • Implement automated data validation rules at source systems.
  • Refine data remediation strategies based on business needs and evolving technologies.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance policies, procedures, and standards related to Data Marts and quantify business value impact.
