Data Operator

Job Summary:

The Data Operator Intern will be responsible for entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining accurate data in the company’s systems. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to timelines while supporting day-to-day operational data requirements.

Key Responsibilities:1. Data Entry & Maintenance:

• Enter and update data in the company’s database, spreadsheets, and internal tools accurately.
• Maintain records of daily tasks and ensure data consistency across all platforms.
• Verify and correct data discrepancies or errors in entries.
• Manage and update client, vendor, and transaction data regularly.

2. Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare daily and weekly data reports as per management requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of all entered and verified data.
• Assist in compiling and analyzing data for internal audits and reports.

3. Quality Check & Coordination:

• Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with the internal departments (Accounts, HR, Operations, etc.) for data collection and validation.
• Support team members in managing large data sets and report generation.

4. Confidentiality & Compliance:

• Handle sensitive company and client data with confidentiality.
• Follow company policies and maintain data integrity and security.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
