Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

Data Analyst

with strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, and Excel to transform complex data into actionable insights that support business decisions. The ideal candidate will enjoy working across multiple data sources, building automated dashboards, and presenting findings in a clear, impactful way.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (ERPs, SharePoint files, Postgres, etc.).
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using
Power BI
.
Write and optimize
advanced SQL queries
to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
Leverage advanced
Excel
skills (formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, macros) for analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and deliver on data requirements.
Identify data quality issues and implement corrective measures.
Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, non-technical manner.
Automate and continuously improve reporting processes.

Requirements

3-5 years of proven experience as a
Data Analyst
or in a Business Intelligence role.
Strong expertise in
Power BI
(DAX, dashboards, data modeling).
Expert-level SQL
skills for querying and data manipulation.
Advanced Excel proficiency
(formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, macros).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
