? 35 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in product-focused or AI-first environments.
? Proficiency in SQL (MySQL preferred) comfortable with writing complex, optimized queries.
? Hands-on expertise in Metabase or similar BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Superset).
? Strong understanding of product analytics and voice AI metrics: funnel analysis, retention,
conversation quality, and engagement.
? Ability to work with AI product teams and understand how agent performance data drives continuous improvements.
Excellent data storytelling, visualization, and communication skills.
? Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for quick insights and reporting.
