Data Collection and Processing

  • Source data from various internal and external sources such as client reports, surveys, databases, and online platforms.
  • Clean, structure, and organize data for analysis, ensuring its quality and accuracy.

Data Analysis and Interpretation

  • Conduct detailed data analysis using statistical and analytical methods to identify trends and patterns relevant to consulting projects.
  • Interpret data findings to provide actionable insights and recommendations to support client objectives.

Report Generation and Visualization

  • Create data-driven reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate analysis finding effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Use data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to create insightful charts and graphs as per projects needs.

Collaboration with Consulting Teams

  • Partner with consulting teams to understand project goals and data requirements, providing analytical support throughout project lifecycles.
  • Assist with data-driven strategy development and decision-making for client engagements.

Research and Benchmarking

  • Conduct research and benchmarking studies to compare client performance with industry standards.
  • Provide data-driven insights to guide strategic recommendations for clients.

Data Quality Assurance

  • Develop and maintain data documentation, including methodologies, data sources, and analytical processing discrepancies as needed.

Project Management and Documentation

  • Manage data-related aspects of projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with internal team and client expectations.
  • Document analysis processes and findings for future reference and knowledge sharing within the team.
