Data Analyst

You will be responsible for analyzing large datasets using SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets to extract meaningful insights that support sales and business decisions. Your role will involve managing and optimizing the lead distribution process for the sales team, developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics, and automating data processing and reporting tasks to improve efficiency. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance lead management strategies, identify gaps, trends, and opportunities in sales data, and provide actionable recommendations. It will be crucial for you to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all databases and reports. To succeed in this role, you should have proficiency in SQL for writing complex queries, database management, and data manipulation. Strong Python skills will be essential for data analysis, automation, and visualization. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization, is also required. Ideally, you should have 0-1 year of experience in a data analytics role, preferably in sales operations or EdTech, and possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Being able to work with large datasets to generate insights and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio would be advantageous.
