Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- Prioritize and manage tasks from a ticket queue to ensure timely delivery.

- Perform data imports and troubleshoot errors in ResearchPoint using queries and Python scripts.

- Execute grant cycle management tasks in Award Management based on client requests.

- Review and process incoming forms and requests with high accuracy.

- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and vendors via calls and emails for requirement gathering and updates.

- Maintain accurate tracking of pending deliverables and escalate concerns as needed.

- Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 2-4 years of experience in data operations or analytics.

- Basic SQL knowledge.

- Strong written and spoken English skills, as the role is client-facing.

- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor for client and stakeholder interactions.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early US hours (late evenings IST) for client calls.

- Experience with Python scripts and data exception analysis.

- Familiarity with Blackbaud platforms (ResearchPoint, Award Management) is a plus.

- Proficiency in tools like Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Jotform, and Google Calendar.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

- Comfortable with short turnaround times and dynamic priorities.
