Customer Support Specialist

As a CRM Executive / Chat Support Specialist at our Jewelry Brand E-commerce Store in Sahara Darwaja, Surat, you will be responsible for providing customer support through chat and other online platforms. You will also be tasked with maintaining and updating the customer database using Excel, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Your role will involve resolving customer concerns in a prompt and professional manner, aiming to provide the best possible solutions and service to our customers. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, as we value customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct timely follow-ups to enhance customer experience and ensure their needs are met effectively. This is a full-time position that requires you to work from the office, with a schedule from 9:15 AM to 6:30 PM.
