**Job Description:**

We are urgently hiring for **Customer Support Executives** to join the **Airtel Email & Chat Process** at our Karapakkam office. The ideal candidates will handle customer queries through email and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat.

* Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.

* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.

* Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to achieve customer satisfaction.

### **Required Skills:**

* **Excellent communication skills** in **English** and **Hindi** (verbal and written).

* Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

* Ability to handle queries efficiently and professionally through non-voice channels.

**Eligibility Criteria:**

* **Qualification:** Any graduate (Graduation is **mandatory**)

* **Experience:** Minimum **1 year of experience** in any field or domain (preferably in customer support).

* **Freshers are not eligible.**

* **Salary:** ₹14,000/- Take Home per month

* **Shift Timing:** 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

* **Work Location:** Karapakkam), Chennai

* **Mode of Work:** Work from Office

* **Joining:** Immediate Joiners Preferred

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
