Customer Support Executive (CSE)

About the Role:

We are seeking Customer Support Executives with excellent communication skills and a neutral/USA accent to manage client interactions. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based clients.
• Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills with a neutral/USA accent.
• Ability to confidently handle customer interactions.
• Freshers are welcome (training will be provided).
• Graduates/undergraduates may apply.

Shift Timings:

Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (IST)

Salary Range:

• Freshers: ₹15,000 per month
• Experienced (1–2 years): ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills & experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• CSE: 1 year (Required)
