As a Customer Support Associate for our esteemed client, your role will involve providing voice support to customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling customer queries and concerns over the phone in a professional manner - Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively - Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service Qualifications required for this position: - Undergraduate or Graduate degree - Excellent communication skills in English Please note that this is a full-time position based in Vadodara with a salary range of 10000 to 20000 CTC. The work schedule includes 6 days of work with 1 rotational week off. This role requires 100% in-person work at the office. Candidates must be based in Vadodara to be eligible for this position.,
