Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day customer interactions, address inquiries, resolve complaints in a timely manner, and ensure that customers have an excellent experience. Responsibilities include maintaining records of customer interactions, supporting client needs, and identifying opportunities for service improvements.

Qualifications

• Skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
• Expertise in delivering outstanding Customer Experience and building long-lasting client relationships
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems is a plus
• Experience in customer-facing roles in any industry is advantageous
