Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, solve problems, maintain records, and reach out to potential clients. You will play an important role in delivering a smooth and positive experience to all customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer complaints and support return/refund processes
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Reach out to potential customers through email, LinkedIn, calls, and messages
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
• Ensure professionalism, empathy, and quick problem-solving

Qualifications

• Freshers are allowed to apply
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to multitask and handle challenges
