Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Jewellery or Retail Sales.
• Background in Jewellery / Electronics / Clothing / Leather / Cosmetics / Perfume sales will be considered.
• Languages: Good command of English & Hindi.
• Age: Below 27 years.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, understand requirements, and suggest suitable jewellery designs & products.
• Generate sales and achieve monthly sales & Old Gold purchase targets.
• Maintain stock accuracy, ensure proper display, and manage visual merchandising.
• Assist branch in-charges with stock counting, transfers, inventory, and new purchases.
• Deliver customer service in a professional and friendly manner.
• Safely handle valuables (gold, silver, cash, etc.) as instructed.
• Maintain registers and records in an organized manner.
• Assist customers/visitors with directions inside the showroom.
