Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer service operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and smooth coordination for daily sales orders and dispatches.
- Support customers and internal stakeholders by managing purchase order creation, tracking, and follow-up with various overseas DSL locations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer requirements, resolve issues, and ensure on-time order processing and delivery.
- Use your skills in planning, coordination, and communication to optimize processes and reduce operational expenses
- Continuously learn and share insights to enhance service efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance.
Background & Skills
- Any bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of experience in customer service and order management within a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Advanced Excel, with hands-on experience managing customer portals and related applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate across cross-functional and global teams to meet customer requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong team player mindset with adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach toward continuous improvement and compliance.
