Key Responsibilities for CRM profile:

  • Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout their visit.
  • Address customer queries promptly and accurately; communicate company policies with transparency.
  • Ensure showroom cleanliness, organized displays, and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for showroom events, promotions, and maintain floor readiness at all times.
  • Collect customer feedback, record interactions, and update CRM systems to ensure data accuracy.
  • Monitor customer behavior and showroom activities; prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
  • Maintain follow-up communication with customers to build long-term relationships and encourage loyalty
