Summary:As a Software Development Lead, Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management, you will lead the design and implementation of HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management solutions for global clients, leveraging AI-powered insights and agentic automation to optimize HR processes.You'll guide a team of functional consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value through Oracle Cloud technology enhanced by Accenture's AI-driven delivery model.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management modules.Collaborate with business and functional stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to leave rules, accrual plans, eligibility profiles, and work schedules.Design and implement AI-assisted workflows that streamline absence tracking, compliance, and employee experience.Collaborate with business and technical teams to define AI-enabled predictive leave analytics, helping clients anticipate workforce trends and improve planning.Integrate Absence Management with Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor, ensuring seamless process orchestration.Apply Agentic AI accelerators and automation tools (e.g., AI copilots, intelligent testing agents) to improve delivery speed and accuracy.Lead and mentor a functional team"”driving innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.Manage stakeholder communication, conduct design workshops, and ensure quality assurance throughout project lifecycle.Stay current with Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and identify opportunities to embed intelligent features or automation. Skills:8–12 years of experience in Oracle HCM domain, with 3+ years specialized in Cloud Absence/Leave Management.Hands-on experience in Absence Plans, Accrual Formulas, Qualification Rules, Absence Types, and Work Schedules.Deep expertise in Absence Plans, Accrual Formulas, Qualification Rules, Work Schedules, and Eligibility Profiles.Strong understanding of Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor modules and their integration touchpoints.Experience leading at least two end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Absence implementations.Proven ability to apply AI tools or accelerators (for example, test automation bots, chat-based issue triage, or data validation scripts) within project delivery.Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to guide teams through AI adoption and innovation within functional delivery.
Additional Information:The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management.This position is based at our Bengaluru office.A 15 years full time education is required.MBA in HR or related specialization preferred.
