Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application solutions meet business needs, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will engage in discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the decision-making process. Additionally, you will troubleshoot issues that arise during the development phase and implement effective solutions to enhance application performance and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Tech Solution Architecture.

Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.

Experience with cloud-based solutions and architecture.

Ability to analyze and optimize application performance.

Familiarity with various programming languages and frameworks.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Tech Solution Architecture.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
 Qualification 15 years full time education
