About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Educational Qualification :15 years full time education
Summary:Gather, analyze and model client data (customers, financials, operational, organizational, access channel), key performance indicators, and/or market data (competitors, products, suppliers), using a broad set of analytical tools and techniques to develop quantitative and qualitative business insights and improve decision-making.
Project Role :Analytics and Modelor Must have Skills :Reporting Analytics Roles & Responsibilities:Maintain develop reporting analytics databases front-end dashboardsCreate regular and on request structured management reports analyticsDeliver current and trending insight and into financial and service delivery issues opportunities Recommend key action areas to improve Delivery key performance indicators Professional & Technical Skills:

Experience in IT Operations or Service Delivery ManagementUnderstanding of current IT production operations, quality practices, and client servicesExperience working in an ITIL environment, and knowledge of ITIL frameworks Certified to an ITIL Foundation v3 or v4 levelGood communication
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
