Job Description

  • The CRM Executive at Sylvi will be responsible for handling customer queries, maintaining service standards, and ensuring accurate data entry of customer interactions
  • This role is crucial in supporting the CRM team with daily operations and providing seamless communication across platforms

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer tickets and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain customer data and interaction logs accurately
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues
  • Assist in documenting SOPs and process checklists
  • Provide support in CRM tool operations and ticketing systems
  • Handle order tracking, returns, and logistics communication
