Are looking for an experienced and result driven CRM Executive.

Work Experience: 2+ years (Preferred from Jewellery industry)

Salary: Negotiable

Job Type: Full time

Job location: sitapura.Jaipur (work from office)

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients over phone calls/email/WA etc.
Organize and schedule appointments with directors.
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms.
Develop and maintain employee filing system.
Update and maintain office policies and procedures and assist in HR operations.
Order office management jobs.
Maintain contact lists, Book travel arrangements.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, HR and customers - Liaise with executive director and HR consultant etc.

Skills:-

Must possess good communication skills.
Candidates should be good in in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, OneDrive
Graduate or postgraduate
Candidates should have high energy level, willingness to learn
Should be customer friendly and service oriented
Timeliness of Reporting & MIS reports - Work schedule 6 days a Week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
