Job Title: Creative Designer

Work Location: Gurgaon


Job Overview:


We are seeking an experienced UI & Graphic Designer with a keen eye for aesthetics and a proven track record of creating website design and high-performing ads for social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, and the ability to translate brand identities into visually engaging content. This role will primarily focus on developing ads for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels, while also encompassing a range of design projects including sales pages, brochures, packaging, and brand collateral as needed.


Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design visually compelling ads, images, gifs, and videos for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
  • Take ownership of the design, aesthetics and UI of our eCommerce platform
  • Create engaging sales pages, brochures, packaging, and other marketing materials that effectively communicate brand messaging and drive customer engagement
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand target audiences, campaign goals, and messaging strategies.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices to inform design decisions and optimize ad performance.
  • Execute projects from concept to completion, managing multiple deadlines and deliverables with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative ideation to generate innovative design concepts and campaign ideas.
  • Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers or external contractors when necessary.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, design tools, and digital platforms to continuously enhance skills and capabilities.
  • Design and deliver collateral within deadlines and at a swift pace.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Proficient in English language and ability to translate copy into design
  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating impactful social media ads and digital marketing assets.
  • Proficiency in AdobeCreative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design software.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize ad performance and achieve high click-through rates (CTR)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering high- quality design solutions.
  • Previous experience working in a marketing agency or in-house marketing team is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, motion graphics, and video editing is a plus.
