Job Summary: We are seeking a Control System Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in control systems design and analysis, a strong command of MATLAB/Simulink for system modelling and simulation, and proficiency in C programming. Knowledge of BLDC (Brushless DC) motor control is highly desirable. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with at least 1 year of professional experience to work on innovative projects in the field of high end gyro-stabilized platform, robotics, and embedded systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement control systems for complex applications, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and stability. Use MATLAB/Simulink to model, simulate, and analyze dynamic systems for control algorithms and performance testing. Design and implement control strategies for BLDC motors, ensuring efficient and smooth operation. Conduct system integration and test the performance of control systems in real-world conditions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, software developers, and system architects to meet project requirements. Troubleshoot and debug control system issues in both software and hardware. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance system performance and control strategies. Document design processes, testing procedures, and system performance results. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field/ Masters degree in Control System Engineering/ PhD degree in Control System Engineering. 1+ years of experience in control system design and implementation. Strong proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for control system modelling and simulation. Experience with control algorithms (PID, state-space, adaptive control, etc.) and real-time system implementation. Hands-on experience with BLDC motor control algorithms and associated hardware. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The Technology Specialist is responsible for design and development of reliable and cost-effective Power electronic products which satisfy the business needs of TMEIC India. The position requires excellent technical engineering knowledge coupled with proficiency in product development and quality systems with a constant eye for improvements. Experience: Must have 2 to 6 Years of Experience in Firmware Design in following areas: Writing control algorithm loops for AC-DC converter or DC-DC converter or DC-AC inverter Simulation or coding experience in designing digital filters, signal processing and PID controls. Experience in writing clean and manageable C code with proper documentation. Testing and evaluating the firmware (on bench / on system/ on field) Able to understand existing code and modify as per the new requirements. Good working knowledge of Power electronics controls like PID, Feed forward, PLL, State machine, FOC control. We are hiring for Battery Domain Manager for Bangalore Location Education Qualification: Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering / Masters is Power electronics, Energy Systems or Chemistry applied to Battery Development or Energy storage systems. Experience: 12 - 18 Years Location: Bangalore (office based) Role & responsibilities Battery Design Domain Leader to take charge of a multi-disciplinary team to design traction and auxiliary energy storage systems for railway applications including introduction of advanced chemistry cell technologies. Knowledge in ESS design and development space (Industry Railways is preferred; Automotive or Shipbuilding or Aerospace is acceptable), like: - Sub-system: requirement gathering, specification, architecture, safety, reliability & maintainability. BMS Hardware & Software: Architecture, functional specifications, and adaptation. Schematics & Apparatus: electrical design, mechanical design, notions of manufacturing. Verification & test: hardware-software integration, test specification, A good understanding of train systems and Lithium-Ion chemistry. A keen interest in advanced chemistry energy storage solutions is a must. Experience with project management (minimum 5 years) with ability to apply principles, tools and techniques to develop/plan, manage or execute projects to successful completion. Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled GNC (Guidance, Navigation & Control) Engineer with strong expertise in autopilot systems, MATLAB, and Simulink. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, modelling, simulation, and testing of advanced GNC algorithms for autonomous systems. Job Responsibilities Design and develop GNC algorithms, autopilot design including trajectory planning, flight control, navigation solution and control algorithms for UAVs, missiles, or aerospace platforms. Develop dynamic system models and simulations using MATLAB/Simulink. Integrate and test control algorithms in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) or Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) environments. Analyse system performance and stability using classical and modern control theory approach. Work with inertial navigation systems (INS), GPS and other sensors for robust navigation solutions. Document design specifications, test plans, and technical reports. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams including avionics, software, and systems. Job Requirements Bachelors or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Strong proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink. Hands-on experience with autopilot or flight control systems. Solid understanding of control systems theory (classical and modern). Familiarity with dynamic modelling of flight vehicles. Knowledge of Kalman filtering and sensor integration is a plus. Experience with embedded systems or real-time platforms is an advantage. Preferred Skills Familiarity with C/C++ code generation from Simulink (Embedded Coder). Experience with flight test data analysis and tuning. Exposure to DO-178C, DO-254, or similar safety-critical standards (if applicable). Knowledge of ROS or real-time middleware is a plus.
